We do not guarantee shipping carrier timelines. There can be shipping carrier delays due to COVID-19, volume, bad weather, and situations that are beyond our control. We are not able to update or change shipping methods or options once an order has received it’s tracking information.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Buyer must pay for return shipping.
